As earlier posted, ARM has over 1,344 billion shares outstanding, with a little over 60 million held as ARM Treasury Shares, which leaves approximately 1.284 Billion shares in the float.

Each ADR is worth 3 shares on the London Stock Exchange.

Therefore, there are approximately 428 million ADR's @ 9.21 a share as I type, values ARM market cap at a little over $3.941 Billion dollars.

ARM's P/E is at around it's high for the past several years, which was the reasoning for my previous post stating that ARM is priced at perfection.

I do not consider myself a numbers guy, have accountants for that.
